About
Zilvia on the internet. Never quite sure how to write any of these, because how does one describe oneself in words that won’t ever quite encompass an entire person and their history? It can’t be done. Besides which, people change all the time, so it makes it even harder to pin it down to a few qualities, isn’t it?
Here’s the definites though, or about as accurate as it could get.
Pakistani-Burmese, residing in the U.S. Muslim, hijabi.
Lover of words and stories that attempts to make art using nothing but seemingly random shapes that hold no particular significance on their own, letters, a writer’s tools of the trade.
An activist at heart, advocate of justice. Feminist, environmentalist, social uprooter-
-hopeless romantic, introvert, Over-analyzer. Philomath. Chocolate chip cookie lover. Somewhere between an INFJ and an INTJ, although leaning more closely to the former.
Avid bookworm who particularly enjoys the works of Tamora Pierce, Suzanne Collins, J.K. Rowling, Kristin Cashore, Shannon Hale- and oh. There’s just so many wonderful authors, so many marvelous books, the list is never-ending. I really could go on forever about books, they’re amazing, beautiful, magical things, and so much more. I don’t read them because they’re entertaining, I read because they hold souls that speak to me. And they’ve always stuck by, despite everything, making them my closest friends. There’s a long history behind it, if you care to know of it, simply ask.
And if you need to talk- well actually, read this.
I am not perfect, nor do I claim to be. I am human and as such I have flaws and make mistakes, I apologize for them. If you think I’ve said something wrong or done anything wrong by all means call me out on it if you feel comfortable doing so.
Questions? By all means ask, I have no problem answering. I’d rather someone ask than make false assumptions. And remember, ignorance in and of itself is not a shameful thing, it is only bad when you know you’re ignorant and do nothing to educate yourself.
Stay charmin’, folks.
